Review of Ritual King + Supports (Manchester)
Great day, well organised by Mike and Danny. The bands were all top top. The sound was fantastic in Factory 251 but choice of booze was terrible, no pumps, just bottles and cans. No ales except for a brew dog stubby for a fiver 😱

Review of Ghum
Ghum were absolutely amazing but the support bands were hampered by technical difficulties, sound problems and equipment failure. This unfortunately led to a short set from all 3 bands and a later finish than was advertised. The sign outside the venue said doors open at 7.30 - we were still stood outside in the cold at 8pm. GHUM 5* ,venue 3*.

Review of Factory Bank Holiday
So we bought tickets for the August Bank Holiday Sunday .
Advertised 3 floors .
Arrived there , only 2 floors was on
No 3rd floor which I presuming the house music floor was the closed one .
The main attraction for me buying tickets
What a waste of money and time

Review of FACFEST
I have seen several bands play live this year, acoustically too, all brilliant musicians collectively as their band, as well as each band member having their own unique talent/skill. But...disappointed more than once at what can only be described as shoddy/lax event advertising as well as tech/sound issues at the actual event. It was supposed to be a sold out event but there was hardly anyone there! Felt sorry for a lot of the acts performing. Also, there were hardly any references to the Joy Division album anniversary that it was supposed to be in honour of!
