Lighting system was quality along with the sound system bang on point. The que coming in and the speed of the ticket scanner could be a lot quicker as there was only 2 people scanning tickets for 1000 people. Venue was top with 2 rooms and staff were boss.

I love going to events organised by Kaluki they are always bang on but Skiddle messed up here.

Was unable to attend due to a friend testing positive for covid. Tried to contact Skiddle for a refund on my tickets as I couldn’t go but was denied a refund and wasn’t able to speak to anyone either. Poor customer service from Skiddle ?

Waited 1 hour & 40 minutes in the queue, got inside and had to wait ages for a drink. Felt sorry for the 2 girls on the bar, very understaffed. As a promoter & night club owner myself, I know there’s a shortage of door staff & bar staff, but you don’t put an event of that size on without being prepared. Won’t come again no matter who they put on the line up.

It is sad that your whole event was let down by horrendous admission staff. One guy dealing with a bottle neck of queuing patrons while 8-10 stood buy watching it really let your production down to the extent I would think very carefully before potentially re-booking with one of your events.
You are an established firm of music event setters, yet the entry procedure lacked any appearance of professionalism.
Please endeavour to check what I am saying in more depth I believe you may seriously wish to amend this blot on your content class.

Awful queues to get in. Waited over an hour in the pouring rain, getting soaked, only to find out security were basically letting one person in at a time and regularly halting entry (While it was lashing it down). Disgraceful. Music was poor for an event cost almost £30 a ticket, ended up leaving early. Not worth the money or time spent queuing to get in. Will not be going again!
