One of the best beer festivals in the country, with ease. Brilliant choice of Northants and national ales, great venue (Becket's Park) as usual.
Easy entry and token payments, unobtrusive stewarding and organisation in general.

Review of Northampton County Beer Festival
Gates open 11 am til 6pm. Nothing was open until midday. Then food vans started packing away at 1-2pm. All but one had left by 3pm. They left because the weather wasn't sunny. However everyone had paid for tickets for entrance and nothing was inside. Very unprofessional.

Review of Northampton County Beer Festival
When we went there wasn't really much of an atmosphere, wasn't a lot of people there and from the beer tent you can't hear the music that well. Maybe we just went at a bad time. Apart from that it was good, we go every year. I think the charge to get in is a bit expensive though. Maybe could of included the glass in the price. I would recommend not using the food truck 'Go Greek' again as food from here was poor. The chicken was reheated and extremely dry. And bland. There was 3 of us and we all said the same thing. If you have something that is supposed to be Greek I think it should be authentic. It was just basically dry chicken and chips in like a naan bread. There was nothing Greek about it. They didn't have any Greek sauces either, it was just the big bottles of garlic Mayo or yoghurt you buy from supermarket for a quid. We kind of wished we had gone to Bite Street instead. Much better food places there and they had plenty of cider, which is what we were drinking. As I said we go beer festival every year but thus year it just wasn't the same for some reason.

Review of Northampton County Beer Festival
It was good but not good on tokens as years ago you paud £10 to get in and got 10 tokens this year had to pay for tickets /tokens and glass plus we had some tokens left over but they would not change them back which they have in past we did manage to sell them on to a friend who was going the next day but other than that was a good day /evening out
