Lacking in luxury, toilet seat missing and blocked toilets. Manage your expectations of booking these!! Still a big step up from the portaloos though! Straighteners and hairdryers were good, although we only used them once on the last day.

Not enough showers and toilets for the amount of people signed up to Club Class. Not enough room for getting dry & changing. Not happy with allowing walk ups during the event. A large section of the toilets were not working in the arena Club Class area. Overall not worth the money paid.

Weren't worth the money. Only open at 7 am, hard luck if you wanted the toilet before and closed at 11pm, when we were just returning to the campsite after spending the day in the Arena area. Opening times need to be reviewed. 24 hours much better!

Not at all impressed with the standard of the toilets or cleanliness. I only had a Sunday day ticket so can't comment on the standard on the Saturday but first thing Sunday and the portacabin I went into had 1 toilet with a seat missing, and by the evening when I went into a different portacabin that had 2 toilets with seats missing. Whilst I accept things happen during the day that you cannot reasonably deal with stuff that's happened on day 1 has sufficient time the morning of day 2 to fix surely?

Fab facilities in a limited environment. Always clean and smelling fresh. Would only go to a festival if Club Class was there again!

Great to know you can start the day with a shower( I went at 7 am and the water was freezing but the next day I went at 8 and it was lovely) The loo facilities in the arena were great too although the tap water was boiling!! The campsite loos close at 11 pm which is a shame as mostly you would leave the arena around 12,if they could stay open until then that would be handy-I was so grateful for the facilities though,it made my festival experience so much better!

Very undignified
I understand the Cubs are small to allow short waiting times but u do not want to get dressing in front of 20+ people at busy times

We couldn't access club class until after 11.30 when the main arena opened & then some of the toilets weren't working so ended up queuing longer than my friend using the normal loos! But was nice to have clean & dry flushing toilets, warm water, hand towels & loo roll!

Upgraded to club class for the last 2 years and it's worth every penny especially wen its raining #hairdryers! Didn't upgrade to the combo ticket only because our tent was so far from the location of campsite club class x

My 1st festival was made amazing by the hot showers, toilets and pamper area. The toilets were kept as clean as they could be with the rainy conditions. There was always toilet roll and it was good not to have to queue. Nice to be able to dry my hair when I got wet through as well. The showers were hot and well presented. Every member of staff was courteous and helpful. Would recommend.

Had very good time at the V-Fest and showers were spot on. After these big raving nights was good to use these fresh toilets and showers. Thanks for everyone who put so much effort to make this event so special!

I didn't think this was worth the money. On the occasions we used the facilities the toilets were dirty and many in the main arena didn't flush. VIP area was much better.

Extremely poor experience!! Complete waste of money. Was no water until later on in the day on Friday! Hairdryers weren't working, kept cutting out. Toilets were good.. could of had a few more location point! Price is a complete rip off for things you've paid for that don't even work!!

Great toilets and showers kept so clean despite the awful rain. Only down side would be there not 24hours or open the monday morning so had to resort to using the disgusting portaloos. Would maybe have the campsite location more in the middle of campsite bit of a trail from gold or blue camping.

The toilets stunk! The last few years I have either been in the V garden or the Club Class toilets but this year was awful! Staff were great and friendly but the toilets stunk of urine and sick and I couldn't get rid of it all the next day. You must do better next year as these are a great idea especially with the other facilities you provide.
