the whole event was a waste of my time and money I bought two tickets for me and my friend to 1. spend my new years at your event and 2. to see my friend who was a DJ play at your event. We spent a whole hour and a half in a queue that had no system set in place so we waited a lot longer then we should have. Once arriving at the door both of us were aggressively refused entry and escorted from the front of the line by doorstaff due to my friends passport being out of date?! We are both females she 30years old and myself 27. I thought this was bang out of order due to the circumstances and it being New Years Eve. Once again I wasted my time and money travelling to an event that I chose to go to rather than anywhere else. I would appreciate feedback of some sort and or a refund. Thank you

Spent 2 hours in the cue which meant we were stood outside for the countdown,when we got into the club it was dead and the music was awful! Will never be returning to this club,EVER!

Same queue for people with and without tickets, nearly two hours to get into the venue, music policy not even close to being advertised, asked why there wasn’t a separate queue for tickets just to be told “well it’s busy” surely if you know how many tickets were sold they would know how busy it was going to be

had to que for an hour and a half to get in the front door, then had to wait another 20 minutes to get to a SINGLE man checking the tickets. The bar charges changed constantly, the music was repeated, it was grotty.....
I basically did not have a good time, people were arguing and ready to fight each other out of pure frustration.....
waste of money, will never do this again

I arrived on the event with my friends and after waiting in the queue the bodyguard told me that I am too drunk to get inside the club. I would understand everything but I was the only girl in our group and the only one sober for longer time.. I bought all FOUR tickets on my own as a gift for my friends but finally they decided to go home with me. I bought the tickets and no one of us had seen any od the artists..

Not happy at all I arrived at 10pm cos it was the start time of the rave , doors didn't open till half 10 , didn't get in until 11 . For a rave to be on from 10 till 4 and have no mcs until about half 12 1 is pathetic. The wait for a drink was ridiculous I started waiting for a drink just as the mcs come on stage and was waiting for about an hour and a half for a drink, when I was finally served was told they had stopped serving drinks and couldnt even have water . At this point I had spent the whole time the mcs were doing their set waiting at the bar for a drink I never got and I missed it all popping off down the front . And after all that the rave finished an hour early than scheduled. Was a complete waste of money and a robbery on yours and the venues part . I'm fuming
