VIP Tickets were expensive to start with
Food shocking. Not enough variety
Tooo expensive £5.00 a can of beer
Couldn’t leave the venue and return shocking
Expected to stay in venue for over 12 hours without be able to leave
No air con in tents soooo got you couldn’t stay or dance in the tents
Crowd throwing beer can into the air in main arena causing people to get soaked in beer or alcohol. Very dangerous
Basically not a happy customer due to limitations on the day. Couldn’t take any food or drinks into venue at all
Paid for vip area and told to love as I couldn’t sit on the round tables in area. Explained that this was the vip area I am a vip customer
Was informed by venue people that the exclusive vip customers was allowed to sit on round tables
Not enough seating area for vip customers
Toilets where shocking no one cleaned them at intervals
Basically won’t return feel that it was a money making racket. Very upset customer

Review of Blackpool Festival 2018
we paid a lot for the Sunday event for the kids, to which was rubbish. You have to pay for everything when you get in & £10 for a wristband for about 3 small rides is ridiculous! won't be wasting money again!!
