Review of Blackpool Festival - Sunday Friends & Guests
I was fortunate enough to win free tickets, however if I had paid entry for myself and my family I would have been annoyed that most things were extra- rides, face painting, stalls etc. I was happy to pay for these as I had free entry. Andy from CBeebies was on a little late - my toddler was tired by then and missed him.

Absolutely the best festival and event .just the right amount of people.need air con in tents though and didnt like the sniffer dogs.maybe hire deck chairs to sit on next time and finish at 12 or start at 11 so its on for 1 2hours. There was ques alot for toilets so need more next time.would love 2 oldpool events a year.

We loved seeing Andy Day he was brilliant and rex t rex and Peter rabbit. There was not enough seating and definitely not enough shade. We queued to meet rex t rex who left before we got to the front of the queue. We ended up at the front of the queue for Peter rabbit instead. The music was not particularly in keeping with the headliners of Peppa, Peter Rabbit and Andy Day. Luckily we could leave the festival boundary and come back for Andy, so it was worth coming, though I notice from your email that this was not originally allowed. That was a life saver and saved our experience. It would have been unpleasant and there was not enough there to expect families to stay all day. Loved Andy but otherwise not the family experience I was hoping for.

We weren’t impressed with the fact that we had to pay for wrist bands for rides after paying for entry. Badly organised arrived at 11 to be told the cleaners hadn’t turned up and wouldn’t be ready till gone 12

Review of Blackpool Festival 2018
It was very expensive with one set by a headliner in five hours. It opened late after a change to the time without informing me and I don't think I will bother going to these festivals of a day no more as no good headlining acts come on till the end of the evening its a rip off. Good people there not really enjoying the music also.
