Three of us brought 3 vip tickets for the event.
: No queuing
we had to queue for 40 minutes.
The vip tickets were brought solely for no queuing due to ill health.
:vip area
Marquee enormous with no furniture. People had to sit on the floor and put handbags and drinks on the floor too.
:No speakers or flat screen
We could have stayed in the marquee when it was raining
: Dawn penn
Dawn Penn for us was main attraction and no show
The organisers wasted lots of time delaying the show, messing with the mics it was obvious that they were delaying the show as the mics was working perfectly as Asward had just finished there performance
Iâ??m requesting full refund as we came from Wolverhampton in a hire car for this big disappointment and we will be contacting trading standers.

It was a good night but only two artists appeared also the vip tickets weren’t worth the extra and it would have been nice to have a good DJ playing before the artist to get the mood going instead of the band tuning up

Disappointed that music was cut short at 10pm . Someone came on stage and basically said to maxi priest thats it . 3rd artist Dawn Penn didn't even come on stage . Paid to see 3 artists only got 2

Running late,too long between Aswad and Maxi priest,an hour actually,and where was Dawn Penn? The music was fantastic while they were on,vip was an absolute waste of money

Not all artists played' maxi 2.5 hours later didn't even play a full set and wasn't on form.
Very disappointed
Finished dead at 10pm jyst cut off snd Maxi left stage what, love his music but not a fan of the man himself, selfish, what a waste of time no respect for artists that are late and don't care about fans.
Says 5 to 10 waiting in a queue for an 1.5 hours for no reason artists should of started at 7pm 2 hours of waiting in the rain and still started late.
Award was all good when the lead singer finally turned up.
Not worth travelling over an hour to go see wasteman

Brilliant music good atmosphere

Beautiful venue. Artists that did play were great and sound system effective. A late start and strict finish time, as well as a billed artist that most of the crowd had turned up to see not appearing really spoilt the evening. For the price of the tickets and what the gig proclaimed in its promotions a disappointing evening, that could easily been successful with a little more organisation.

It was a rainy evening , but you can’t help the weather. Some areas were muddy.
The music was cut off at 10pm prompt when set had not finished, allowances should of been made for the time approx 30 mins between bands setting up, Dawn Penn was advertised on the line up but was not sign of her.
Good concert shame about it ending so abruptly and not seeing the full line up which was advertised.

People who paid for VIP fast track entry not given fast track entry, venue did not open at advertised time , bar for VIP smaller and less toilets so qued for longer than standard prices ticket holders bar was also further away, no priority viewing area for vip tickets also one advertised artist did not show!

Disappointing!!! Bands excellent, venue excellent but the organisation was shocking. Aswad where magnificent and so was Maxi Priest but he wasn’t able to finish his set due to the music passing it’s curfew. We didn’t even get to see Dawn Penn!!!

Despite the rainy start, the music and vibes were good. The highlight for me was Maxi Priest, what a performance! Only disappointment was that Dawn Penn didn’t perform, no explanation given ? but it was an enjoyable event overall.
