Elrow events are normally fantastic as I have been to several all over the world but the event set up/organisation was really disappointing. There was a lack of bar fancilities and toilets. They opened the venue inside but there was no music while you waited almost 45mins at the bar. Credit to some of the staff that had to fight over one chip and pin machine that only accepted contactless.

Next time more bars and toilets!

Drove all way up from sheffield for the event straight from work, got messed about by our apartment we was staying in. Got to the venue At about 4:10 and was refused entry because we had missed last entry at 4:00pm

Way more portaloos required, hour long queues were a nightmare, also could have made lots of money selling rain macs! Expensive ticket price for quality of event

very unorganised event, ques were too long didn’t shorten for hours, too crowded.

Good event. Amazing atmosphere. Only downsides were the venue being outdoors (in the rain) and the expensive drinks and tickets.

Music and atmosphere were great. 15 toilets for 1,000s of people seemed absolutely stupid. 45min queue for the toilet, ticket prices vs cost of facilities seems awful. Bar had 45 min queue so it was easier to no drink or use the toilet. Will not attend again or recommend to anyone other than those I dislike.

Both equal the most ridiculous queuing I’ve seen at an event. No plan B for the north east weather, serious shower of s**t quite literally. What a disappointment because the tunes were banging

Horrendous venue! Organisation very poor- nothing was organised incase it rained which it did the entire day. Ques to get in, to the bar and to the toilets were unbearable we left after 1 hour.

Loved the event had the best day with my partner.
However, there was NOT enough toilets & NOT enough bars. We spent a big part of our day in queues for both the toilet & the bar.
The rain can’t be helped & it certainly didn’t spoil our day, however I think there could of been some covered area in case of bad weather. Going inside into digital wasn’t really an option as again the queues were far too long & going inside then took us away from the main stage & seen as I’d spend over £100 for 2 tickets we wanted to enjoy what was going on outside.
The biggest disappointment for me though was the lack of food options! I am a coeliac sufferer the 1 burger stall didn’t offer anything I could eat. The event was on for 10 hours how was I or other coeliac sufferers supposed to eat?? I had to ask special permission to leave the venue........ which then I was told if I wasn’t back by 4pm I wouldn’t be allowed back in! I had to dash to the nearest corner shop where I purchased a bag of crisps! NOT enough to eat for a full day drinking & dancing!
Despite the above comment we had a really enjoyable day & we will definitely go again next year.

Not enough toilets, and the bar layout was a shambles

Had a terrible experience here, was organised totally wrong from the beginning. Queued to get in which I can understand but once you was in I queued an hour to go to the bar which I hardlies moved in the queue meanwhile my partner had gone to the toilet and queued for half an hour this is not acceptable. Needless to say we didn’t get our drinks as many other people we walked out. We paid £110 for two tickets to stand in a queue and then leave.

The venue was very badly organised we qued for over a hour to get in and it was raining then on entry we had to que for a further hour and 45 in the rain t gain entry into digital we ended up leaving as the que was moving so paid the ticket and didn’t even get to have one drink. A lot of people also left for the same reasons. I think there will be a lot of complaints.
