Poorly organised. 1hr wait for drinks, not enough toilets for the size of the event. People urinating openly against the fences and no security to stop it. Cant re enter as i needed cash so had to leave early. People sneeking in who havent paid and again no security to stop it. Fustrated is a under statement.

Very disapointing! I travelled from north scotland down to newcastle for this event. Me and my partner stood in the pouring rain for over a hour and a half to be told that they was not allowing anymore people enter. We arrived well before last entry. We also watched people skipping the cue right infront of security/staff and they done nothing to prevent it. I have been to Elrow at different venues across the world and Newcastle did not do it justice. It completely ruined our day. They did not seem prepared at all for the amount of people there. How can i claim a refund on the unused tickets. (Unused not out of personal choice)

Absolutely shocking. Paid £60 for a ticket, left the event to get a rain jacket and was unable to get back in. Would not recommend.

The queues to the bar and toilets were ridiculous.... there needed to be double the amount and at least 2 bars.

A lot of large empty spaces, only 10ish ports Lois and only 1 bar... amotpshere and music was spot one just needed a lot more thoughts towards layout and facilities…

Venue was bad, only 10/15 portaloos waited 45 minutes to go to the toilet, wasn’t very well organised music was good atmosphere was good once the rain stopped (not your fault, however could have been planned better as this is the UK and it rains a lot) Elrow Edinburgh was 100% better

So firstly, there was only 8 toilets for over 1000 people which meant you had wait 40 minutes to get actually get in one. Secondly, there wasn’t enough bars so you were queuing for ages for a ridiculously priced drink (which were poor quality.) The que to get into digital was at least a mile long. The atmosphere was ruined by the awful weather, and the amount of people taking drugs were unbelievable. As me and my friends came in our bags didn’t even get searched, which is terrible. The music was alright. But location was awful. This was my third elrow event. Elrow Halloween which was in the royal highland centre was planned a lot better, more bars, two different blocks for music and a lot more organised, least you weren’t stuck in ques for nearly an hour.

The worst event I’ve ever attended. Was not planned out well at all. Took us an hour to get into the venue then 2 hours to get to the bar and 40 minutes to get to the toilet.

The facilities were horrendous and did not cater for the 1000s of tickets they sold. There was 11 toilets (more inside however this was based on 1 in 1 out because it was so busy). I paid £45 to basically queue all night. We waited 45 mins to be served and 40 minutes to use the toilet. This improved the later the day went on but I felt this was shocking and a let down. I would definitely not return should other events be scheduled at this venue.

Was quite disappointing to be honest wasn’t as it was shown in the trailer and was way over sold, not enough facilities. The atmosphere wasn’t at all enchanted forest and i feel as tho the bare minimum effort was made with the stage and decoration. For £55 a ticket I was expecting a lot better.

Terrible event, stood in line to get in for a hour then when we finally got in we joined another line for the bar for 1 and a half hours. With another hour at least in front of us in the line we decided to leave because we had both sobered up. Pathetic, alcohol is essential to make the atmosphere better.

Poor sound. Overpriced. Used the El Row franchise but felt very poor. Overpriced for what it was. Extremely long bat queue.

No shelter from crap weather music not loud enough not enough toilets 1 burger van for 5000 or more people 1 bar open with massive queues cramped into tiny venue Elrow production not what we expected was there 5 hours not one cannon went off. I want a refund as this event did not deliver in any way.

Venue was poorly set out and wasn’t ideal should have been in a Forrest area to get the vibe, venue was like a wind tunnel and trying to get a drink was 40 mins so missing the music vibes
